What we collect

When you use a form on this website we collect what you type in: usually your name, mobile number, email address, group size, the house you’re interested in and your message.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you: to arrange a viewing, answer your question or deal with a repair. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you’ve made, or taking steps at your request before a tenancy.

Who sees it

Our office team. Form messages are delivered to us by email through our website and email providers, who process it on our behalf. We don’t sell your details or use them for marketing without asking.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry, or for longer if it becomes part of a tenancy.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing info@house-manchester.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
